 In Primary School, critical thinking relates to solving a problem or presenting arguments for or against a proposition on the basis of interpretation, analysis, and the evaluation of information.   Critical thinking is also often described in primary school curricula as a means of using creativity in students in order to find alternative solutions to solving problems.
