The GCSE is the national testing program for Secondary Schools included in the National Curriculum of England and Wales, normally occurring at the end of Year 11 (Key Stage 4). GCSE Chemistry may involve students learning about the periodic table, element properties, structure and activity, atomic structure, protons, neutrons, electrons, shells, Bohr model, chemical bonding ionic and covalent, properties of matter, chemical reactions and energy change, enthalpy, exo and endothermic, chemical equations, products and reactants, rate and extent of chemical change, molarity, chemical equilibrium, chemical analysis, stoichiometric calculations. It is advised that GCSE Chemistry should only be taught by teachers experienced in the GCSE program.
